Anal Bleeding

Hello Doctors,
I am a 23 year old gay male, I've noticed blood coming out after my stool for the past 2weeks. Then turning the water red with a squirt of blood. Today is the fourth time I see blood, two of those times happened after having anal sex. But I have to admit two weeks ago, I did force my partners penis inside me. And did struggle to go in and possibly tore something. I haven't had any pains, so I thought I was fine. I did stop bleeding for a few days until today the day after a night of sex. I'm rarely constipated, and i don't eat very often, but my diet hasn't been the healthiest and sometimes exercise. But I do drink a lot of water. Also, I am taking counter HEB brand allergy pills and the bleeding started around the same time I started taking them. I hope this information was enough, and all ask is for your help to figure out why I am bleeding through my anus. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Michael

I suggest seeing a Colorectal Doctor! Do you use a lubricant?
