Are these spots normal on penis head/glans?

My question is: Are these spots normal on the head of the penis? Note: My penis is circumcised. I have only have sex one time and that was with a condom. I do not think it is a STD/STI. Fordyce spots mabe? They do not hurt or itch at all. Thanks for the help.

They don't allow pictures of genitalia anywhere on the site. You could attach an external link to the picture like photo bucket, google, etc.  You also can describe it clearly.  We'll take it from there.
