Balanitis? Infection?

After I had an appendectomy a week after I had a thing white film over the head of my penis I though it would be some kind of yeast infection. I used micozole and it went away but I had a little spot with red little bumps on my forskin that wouldn't go away. After I got an ulcer on the head of my penis. I was prescribed aceler and primeris but I think it got worse. And now I have what I think is an infection and with the aceler it become slimy like a yellowish slime.

I would like to know what it is also should I go to a urologist or keep seeing my doctor. What could it be? And std or sti or what
