Blood when I pee after inter course

I had intercourse with a girl with unknown status but the first time I had sex with her I used a condom but had a sharp pain when I ejaculated . The second time we had sex the same night I didn’t use a condom and I’m not sure if the blood is from me or from her cuz I guess I triggered her period state noticed blood on urethral so what’s the case this is a infection ?

That's probably from the girl. So, next time you pee, you'll know.  No blood . . . from the girl. I wouldn't be worried.

So I ended up peeing and more blood was coming from my urethra when I got home I ended up going to the ER and they diagnosed me with Hematuria .. is there a case I could’ve just injured my penis during intercourse and caused the blood myself ? Everything was just to spot on in the moment and Now I’m worried if it’s hers or mines since I didn’t check my penis right away after intercourse until I got home
