Bumps on Penis Shaft please help

I have had these bumps on the shaft of my penis where the doctor obviously missed a spot while circumcising. They are really small bumps, but cause no pain, no discomfort whatsoever. They are almost a purple color and sometimes one will look like it fills up with blood like a tiny blood blister or something, but it is not painful or itchy or nothing they are just there.  I have had this for years now and been sexual active without a condom with my wife and it has not been passed on. I am uncomfortable with going to the doctor so I thought I would get an opinion on here first to see if I could maybe get an answer as to what they may be. Any help is appreciated.

that's a bad circumcision! If you had this for years it's most likely nothing to worry about. to put your mind at ease see a Urologist about the bumps

They look like angiokeratoma, which are more common and the scrotum but can be anywhere on the body. Google that to look at pictures. You should show it do a doctor. Nobody can tell what it is from a picture. You might consider getting that circumcision cleaned up a little too.
