Buzzing Vibration in Penis - Solved

Hello, this is more of a solution than a question.  I came to this forum because I had a buzzing/vibration/liquid flowing sensation in my penis.  I'm 40 and healthy.  The vibration went on and off for about a week, and increased significantly when I had sex with my wife.

Long story short, my wife gave me a blowjob and when I ejaculated a hair came out!  It was about 2" long, the vibration stopped immediately!  I only noticed the hair because I saw some bubbles in the semen and I don't ever recall seeing bubbles in my semen.  Low and behold, there was the hair!

It appears to have taken a week to work itself out.  What a relief!  I'm not sure where to go with this, I only hope that doctors see this and take note.  Hopefully they have a better solution.  I've seen horror stories on here of men trying all sorts of things, drugs, crazy anti-botics, prostate exams, urologists, neurologists, etc.  This was my case, and my case only.  By no means would I ignore the problem as it could mean disease, prostate issues or worse.  But that's all it was, an F'ing hair.  How did it get in there?  No idea, I'm a very hairy dude but it did look like one of mine.
