With bending my neck my leg and penis starts buzzing. Do you know any kind of solution for this. ( clean MRI and blood test)

Sounds like Neropathy, or nerve damage of some sort. Gabaprntin or Lyrica can help

Uh, recommending somebody go on medication without a diagnosis is probably not the best way to go.  Also, those two meds do help some with the pain from neuropathy, but they don't cure it, and are only actually approved to deal with a couple of kinds of neuropathy.  Although they are used much more widely than that, again, they are palliative, not curative, and also again, without a diagnosis suggesting someone ask for a prescription for anything can lead someone to do that and there are enough doctors out there who will just give out the drugs that it's best to recommend folks find out what's actually wrong before suggesting a specific drug.  Peace.

Buzzing? It looks like you have some nerve issue. This could be due to blood flow obstruction. Do you feel any numbness too?

I found this:

https://www.healthline.com/health/isolated-nerve-dysfunction#causes

It doesn't mention your neck, but it does mention that pudendal nerve entrapment can result in injury to the dorsal nerve of the penis. It usually is seen in bike riders, though.

Have you seen a neurologist? That would be the next step.
