Cannot get an erection

I am 28 years old, work out regularly, eat healthy, get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, don't smoke, drink, or do any other drugs, don't have any thyroid problems, diabetes, heart problems. I got my testosterone levels checked and it was at 947. Tried Viagra. Yet still I cannot get an erection. My doctor does not seem to care. I am just at a loss as to why I can't do this.

You don't mention if you have ever gotten erections?  When did this problem appear?  Viagra only allows for more blood to enter the penis it has nothing to do with the trigger required for an erection.

I have never been able to. This has been going on my whole life.

1. Try a grain free diet, eliminate sugar.
2. Supplement Vitamin D3 5000 iu, Zinc 50 mg, Boron 9 mg (increases free testosterone)
3. Weight lifting will increase testosterone better than cardio exercise.

I already take D3 and weight lift twice a week. I'll look into that diet but that sounds pretty harsh, might mess up my workouts.

Yes I do, almost every day. I try to masturbate but can never succeed because I never get hard, and it hurts a lot.

This is a common problem which men face. Often the first time a man experiences a weak erection it's due to putting too much attention on his partner during foreplay - or having random thoughts unrelated to sex. If you're not giving your brain arousing signals then you will not get an erection, period.  The problem becomes ongoing when you continue to worry about your inability to get an erection as when you're doing this, you're not giving arousing signals to your brain.

Hi Jacqui, yeah I'm trying to keep my brain focused during sex. But so far no luck even when I'm trying my best to give arousing signals.
Hi Baelon, the problem is that you are contaminating the process with worried thoughts unrelated to performing the sexual act.
Alright, I'll try not to do that next time.
No luck Jacqui. Any tips?

Hello, I went ahead and got that test done since you mentioned it. It was 4 ng/mL.

You don't mention prescription drugs.  If you are taking any, sometimes their side effects will affect sexual response.
