Concerned I have a cancerous lump in my penis
22M Height: 6’2 Weight 180 Lbs
For the past few months I’ve noticed a vertical rice shaped lump on the erectile tissue of my penis (I think it’s called the corpus cavernosum?). There aren’t signs of anything on the surface. For the most part I can only feel it when I’m erect and I don’t feel it every time.
Maybe it’s an engorged vein or a cyst? I’ll probably have it checked out when I visit the doctor in a couple weeks. Only problem being that I don’t think they could feel it. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but I just wanted to see if anyone else knows whats going on.

It's hard to say what is going on and a doctor would need to examine you. So, yes, go to the doctor when yo can to discuss this. With that said, you are 22 which makes the odds of something like cancer fairly low. And this does not sound like penis cancer. This type of cancer is actually quite rare. Have a weakened immune system because of HIV or AIDS
Aren’t circumcised. Fluids and a thick buildup called smegma can collect under your foreskin and might make cancer growth more likely.
Have a condition called phimosis, which makes your foreskin tight and tough to clean. It can also lead to fluid buildup.
Had psoriasis treatment with the drug psoralen and ultraviolet (UV) light
