Considering penile implant

I always had micro penis and although there’s other sexual problems like impotence and premature ejaculation, the micro penis is the most embarrassing, would love to know if the penile implant is a good idea.

This is a really personal decision.  Like how much this really bothers you and what kind of relationship you are in.  I'm of the personal opinion that I go for love.  And there are many ways to be sexual and lots of different penis sizes that please.  You know the old, it's not the size of the boat but the motion of the ocean.  If you know what you are doing, your woman will be pleased. But I understand that you may feel self conscious and getting the point of being comfortable with your penis if you are micro penis chap may be a bit tough.  So, that's kind of up to you for when you want to take a step like penile implant.  Here's information on it. https://www.webmd.com/erectile-dysfunction/guide/penile-prosthesis#1 They really seem to only want to use this though if there is an issue with impotence.  Do you get normal erections? The down size to it is that it may decrease your ability to get hard on your own with a natural erection. There are also the risks to consider.

For micropenis, have you ever looked into testosterone treatment?  That's really the way it is typically treated. Many get additional size from testosterone treatment!  https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/323811.php#treatments

Wow, never considered testosterone treatment, double thanks again.
Oh, definitely look into it.  MUCH less invasive and may provide excellent help for you.
I'm sure you've found out by now.  I just want others reading this to understand.  A penile prosthesis cannot extend the length of a penis.  There is the possibility of increased girth; however, that's normally 10+ years of after  a penile prosthesis procedure.  Usually done with a version that is needed to control fluid leaks.
