Constant Muscle Cramps

Hello Friends,
My name is Henry and I am having an issue that I'm hoping someone might have some insight on. Right now as I'm typing this I am having hand cramps .... different fingers are seizing up back and forth, the muscle is pulling them in weird directions. I can over power it but it is consistently happening. Now what's weirder is that when my hands stop clenching up .... then my back starts up. I will get muscle cramps under each shoulder blade. Now not only do I have these shoulder and hand cramps "CONSTANTLY" ...... but I also am getting multiple multiple multiple cramps (Charlie Horses) in both legs ... both feet. Also consistent get rib cage cramps. All these cramps are non-stop over and over for about a week now. I have a doctors appointment set for tomorrow .... but now I'm freaking out and wondering if I should go to the ER. I'm white male, 39 years old, I don't work out but I'm not overweight. Been drinking water all day also and ate lots of potassium - its not helping. Please someone give their opinion. Thanks
