Hi all - for the last two months, I've experienced a fairly persistent general pressure around my anus (almost like I have to poop, but I don't). It doesn't hurt, but it's noticeable and annoying (especially at night). The only thing I can think of is over the last 6 months, I've gained about 15 pounds and have been in my desk chair a lot more for work (than in previous years). My bowel movements seem okay and regular. If the weight/sitting is the culprit, is there a stretch that might help? Thank you all!
