Curved penis and risk of Peyronie's

I have a son, he is 8 years old. When his penis gets erect, it always significantly curves upwards like a hook, with the head pointing towards his belly. There are no lumps and he doesn't feel any pain or discomfort. I know that some boys have naturally curved penises, but is there a risk of developing Peyronie's disease in the future?
