Dark red almost black lookin tiny spots on scrotumo

There are some dark spots almost look like tiny blood vessels on my scrotum I’ve noticed any clue what these could be?  They are more noticeable when is squeeze my scrotum.

How long have you had them?  Always best to get it checked out to be sure. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321328#causes  I agree that angiokeratoma or fordyce spots would be possibilities. But you can even get dark or ingrown hair follicles that look like dark spots there. Pigmentation spots happen as well.  Are these new?

Maybe it's angiokeratoma of Fordyce.
