Get an accurate test for mycoplasma genitalium. Stay off antibiotics for 3 weeks and test morning first voided urine only.

thank you, sometimes it seems all normal other times it seems to burn on the tip of the penis and pressure between the testicles and the anus, it's already going on 2 years, I'm afraid it's a urethral stenosis or chronic prostatitis, now I'm afraid of having sex with force later to feel like a hook on one side of the penis

Don't be scared.  Nothing serious normally has anything to do with symptoms like this.  Have you had a physical and asked about it?  You'll want to have a full std check done to start off with if you haven't done that and you are sexually active.  That's just routine and good to do.  Then your doctor can check for signs of infection. You say that you had your prostate checked and it is normal?  If not, that can refer pain to the tip of the penis and would also explain your other symptoms.
