Dry heaving with exertion

So, I have been in a 3-4 year situation where I have started dry heaving with exertion.  Examples of exertion being: high intensity interval training, running, going up flights of stairs two at a time quickly, crawling around on the floor vigorously playing with my children, etc.  It has since progressed to where, now, sometimes even moderate intensity exercise on a recumbent bike for 15 minutes can trigger it.  We'll go with running for simplicity's sake.
I start running after a light warmup, I'll run for anywhere between 3-7 minutes and while running I feel a bit of pressure inside the area of my solar plexus, that pressure gradually rises up under my sternum, until I feel it at the base of my neck.  Eventually the pressure continues up farther until I dry heave a few times.  I have never thrown up, but the heaves themselves can be a bit violent.  If I heave, short break, and then try and continue working out, they just get worse until I must stop running.
More background: I have been seen by an allergist/immunologist, gastroenterologist, ear nose and throat, cardiologist, and a mental health professional... all working together.  These are the results from the respective professionals:  No signs of ANY allergies in the tests performed.  Gastroenterologist noted the reflux that I have is exceptionally minor (per tube down my throat w/ sensor for 24 hrs and large scope test) and I never feel any reflux symptoms.  No abnormalities of any kind in the ears, nose, throat, or head.  Cardiologist only mentioned that my heart rate spikes a little more quickly than they expected, but decline to resting rate and VO2 tests were better than average, overall, there is nothing wrong with my heart.  No mental triggers indicated that would cause said reactions to exertion/working out.
The end conclusion in all of this is every professional said, "We can't diagnose you with anything that explains the symptoms you have."  So here I am, 3-4 years into this strange "disorder", and I can't work out hard in any way, because if I push myself just a little bit hard, I dry heave.
I stumbled onto this forum, but I thought I'd give it a shot.  Do any medical professionals out there in the MedHelp forum have any ideas/suggestions as to what I could look into next?  Exercise-induced urticaria/anaplylaxis, allergic reaction, reflux, ENT/head abnormalities, mental triggers have all supposedly been ruled out.  Here's the twist:
I also have, since 2003, been having full-body allergic reactions (hives, rash, and severe itching.  But never throat-closing symptoms) which have been most prevalent at the conclusion of a workout.  At their worst, it was 60-80% of the time.  I have had 2 since the dry-heaving started in 2013 (first instance, became constant in 2014), and neither were associated with any food, medicine, or working out... they just happened apparently out of nowhere.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it... if anybody has additional advice or questions, please let me know, I am happy to elaborate and explain if I have confused anyone.  I would simply like to know what else might be a possibility for my dry heaving with exertion because I would love to be able to work out again.
