Surely only excessive long term use of E45 would cause thinning? As it is not as strong as steriod creams. From comparing research to my condition, I am actually wondering if the strong fragerenced soaps I used caused the skin to dry and thin, I've read many posts where males have seen no improvement of the skin repairing and thickening. My case is not to severe so surely the skin should repair itself and thicken?
Thanks Nohard for your help!!!!
Has anyone else that has sufffered from dry/thin penis skin from over irritation or washing recovered fully?
Hi Jay From doing some reading prompted by you, It seems that E45 does thin your skin, so cut it out and just use aloe vera, add some vitimin E to your diet its good for your skin, I've used baby oil and also with a mix of aloe vera and olive oil, and do not have any thinning on my p***s head, not bad at 65.
Good Luck
One last question......From reading other posts, apparently mositurizing often can cause the skin to 'thin', getting that scaly shiny appearance. My areas of dryness already have this appearance, Does this apply to E45? Would applying E45 make a situation of the skin 'thinning' worse, or better?
Hi Jay, Try twice a day but wash before applying each time, you could also try aloe vera gel and alternate with the E45, when washing try a sea salt warm wash, sea salt water is good for cleaning and healing, and very good for your skin, this may also help.
Good Luck
Hi, thank you,
I hope so, worried that this may become a recurring problem as the damage may make it more permanently sensitive. For the next four weeks I will reduce any friction and apply E45 cream every 1 or 2 days, do you think E45 cream is right for this? Also I am due to see a sexual health doctor on thursday. If no improvement after the four weeks I will visit my GP. Hopefully patience and care will repair the damage, be glad to stop worrying about this and enjoy a healthy sex life
Thank's for your reply!!
Hi Jay, I think if you carry on with your treament and give it a chance, it should pull round and come back to normal, but its sensitive skin and will take a bit longer to heal, next time just wash it twice but not with strong soap.
Good Luck
Or anyone with a similar case/experience......
