Dull pain in penis and bladder?

A few weeks ago I noticed that the tip of my penis was a little itchy. Nothing major, figured it was soap or something. Seemed to only happen on the morning drive to work and again only a few times. Has not happened for over a week now. Then about 2 weeks ago, felt a bit uncomfortable on the right side in the pelvic region. Can only describe it as similar to gas buildup. I have had some stomach and intestinal issues the last 10 years or so, but that is usually on the left side. Sort of felt like that but was a constant dull pain for a couple days. Couple days later it was gone but had a dull pain behind the base of my penis and felt like had to pee a lot. Then went camping for 4 days with relatively no issues. Got home and noticed the pain behind the base again. Maybe only because I was active last week I didnt notice it. It does not burn when I pee, nor do I have any troubles peeing. The same spot where I had the pelvic pain feels a little tender, more look a bruise. Also this morning when I got up, had a dull pain at the base again but this time felt more like inside the urethra. Felt some relief after peeing. Today throughout the day have had the same dull pain as this morning, but not nearly as bad. Another way to think of this pain is just like when you are holding it for a long time and really have to go. That same area.
A few other things. Wife and I were separated for about a year about 5 years ago. Had unprotected sex with the same person a few times and oral from another a few times during that period. We got back together and things are now great. We had sex about a month ago in the morning and I was sore for about a day after that. I had a full bladder and she was grinding really hard. The bruise pain I mentioned above feels like that same area. Have had that dull ache a good amount of times after sex when she is a little more into it before. Always went away, so same this time, didnt think anything of it. Could she have damaged something with my full bladder? Finally, I took a UTI test this morning and while it didnt show anything after the first 2 minutes like it said it would, The Leukocytes was showing a little pink after about 10 min.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

A reading of a urine dip stick is not accurate after 10 minutes.  It is the first 2 minutes for leucocytes and 1 min for protein and blood testing.
