Extremely Unusual Penis

Sorry for the unpleasant imagery of this description. My penis when flaccid is about 2 inches of crumpled skin. The shaft inside is barely locatable about 3/4 inch long. The foreskin is always completely empty (apart from the inner tubes). When erect the penis is 4 inches and the foreskin remains an empty bit of loose skin on top of a cone-shaped (rather than cylindrical) penis. The head looks nothing like other erect penis heads. It's been this way forever and I'm now in my twenties. What's going on? I don't want to go to the docs about it yet...

I suppose I'll have to but has anyone ever heard of such a thing before? Does it sound different from the 'buried penis' condition?

well, going to the urologist is about the only thing you CAN do. This does sound very unusual and you should be checked out..
