Frenulum breve

I have a frenulum breve/short frenulum and I am wondering how to fix it.Have heard that can stretch it to fix it, if it is possible I would like some instructions on how to do this. I can retract the foreskin when flaccid but not the front of the foreskin because the frenulum stops it from going down. It doesn't hurt but I heard that this can be a painful during intercourse.
