Frequent urination and sexual problem.

Hi, I like to share some health issue and seek your kind advice - 01. Urination Problem: I urinate a too often. And as I feel I lost natural urination speed. Every time I urinate in the ending I feel that some urine are left and I give little push to get them out and it comes out in drips; little by little. 02. Sexual Problem- I had also been suffering from erectile dis function  and quick ejacuation problem. Problem is, when a person feel sexual desire he should not feel urination in penis. But when I feel to have sex I also feel little urine in my penis which as I feel retard my penis to turn hard and strong. As a result I cant enter it in... However, after seeing Dr. he gave me some med. But when drug course ended I again started suffering same problem. Learning from online  Then I started drinking garlic water in the morning and it helped little bit. Now my penis erect enough to enter in but it ejacuates very quickly in 10-12 seconds! After ejacuation my penis I feel mild pain im my panis for sometime. At night sometimes I feel discomfort in my lower abdomin. Besides that im also having vitamin D deficiency "14"due to which muscle between my knee and leg often felt numb. Dr. got WHOLE ABDOMIM USG, URO FLOW but not anything abnormal found. Urine PVR is about 10-15mm. What should I do??

Trying to follow what you are saying.  You still have difficulty eliminating urine or is that better?  Have you had your prostate checked?
