Growth issues - disproportionate body

I'm male, 23. I'm 175 cm (5'9") short, but have a wingspan of 192 cm (6'3"). Sitting down, my head is the same level as my mate who's 186 cm (6'1") tall so my shortness comes from my legs.
I barely have any facial hair and look similar to today's 17 year olds.
From the age of 15 I barely grew, maybe 1-2 cms (less than an inch).
I muscular even without training (looking like a grappler) and my bones have always been sturdy.
Given the info above, should I have myself checked for GHD?

5'9" is not all that short.  You may have relatively short legs for your torso which is a gene thing (common in some European ethnic groups) , and merely a variant of normal physique.  Choose your clothes properly and you'll not notice it.

Thanks for the comment.
It is short compared to my other body parameters (that I wrote and to my feet that are the same size as my way taller friends' feet). I'm basically "tall by all measures", except my legs, hence the worry.

Talk it over with your doctor. It would be a bit surprising because it seems like GHD would not limit itself to your facial hair and the length of your legs. Also, it would depends on how complex or expensive the test would be. If the test is a simple blood test, it doesn't seem harmful to do it even if the chances are low that you have this issue. If the test is complicated, let your doc be your guide as to whether there is even a reason to test.

Thank you for the answer,
Well I live in Hungary (Eastern-Europe) so the healthcare system is free :D
And I live in the capitol where the quality is good even by western standards.
While I'm no doctor myself I guess I'll have a blood test and get the results "no problem".
