Hard lump at the tip of my Penis!! Help!

I have this lump on the tip of my penis that is inside the opening. It is not visible until I pull my head slightly open. It blocks my urine and splits the stream into a big mess, and I've never noticed it until today. I thought my weird pee stream was just because of my penis, but I looked in today to discover that the right side of the slit has a big lump on it.

It doesn't hurt unless I squeeze it hard. No pain during urination or ejaculation.

Please help! I've attached pictures to show exactly what it looks like.

You should check that with an urologist immediately. If you ve been having it for years and nothing happened its ok. But you have to check that very soon. It could be anything of nothing at all if you ve always had it. DONT leave it like this.
