Having testicle pain on left side.

Im a 21 year old male

In the past 3 days ive been having testicle pain. Left side

During this I noticed my left testicle is maybe 3-4 times bigger than my right. This might be because my right is just small, this is the first time I noticed the size of them. So I'm not sure if its swelling or something else

The pain isn't constant. From time to time it hurts. It also hurts on the left sides around the pubic hair area, between the genital and under the stomach. One occasion I have had pain in the penis too along with testicle.

With the pandemic happening, it's inadvisable to go unless absolute necessary I guess

Testicular pain can be caused by a lot of things.  Here's a list of possibilities: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/003160.htm.  And here is a whole article:  https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/causes/sym-20050942  Now, you are not in severe pain and don't have associated symptoms of nausea, fever chills or blood in urine (good!) but this is lasting more than a few days.  When that is the case, it is recommended to see a doctor 'soon'.  I understand about the virus but cases in my area are going way down and doctors offices have opened back up.  Use necessary precautions such as a mask if you so desire.  Take your own pen to sign in.  All the obvious stuff.  But you should see a doctor at this point.  Also, some doctors will do telemedicine to talk to you so at the very least, try to do that.  They charge you like it is a doctor's appointment but it's still medical guidance.  So, that's an option too. But I think you need to go the doctor.  The intermittent pain could be intermittent torsion, for example.  You want to get that looked into.

Thanks!. My country is small and the pandemic just had a community spread start and everything is in lockdown. Need to call the authorities to arrange to go outside even.

But thanks, I'm planning to call them tonight hopefully if all goes to well. I'll try to get a doctor's appointment asap.
If your testicle is 3-4x larger than the other, that indicates something is happening. You'd have likely noticed this before. Make sure to get this checked out ASAP.

Let us know what happens.
