Heart Beat after Ejaculation

I usually stay up late. In this case, I was up until 3 am in the morning. I had masturbated two hours earlier, but I decided to do it again. Afterwards, whilst it was past 3 am, I started feeling my heart beat against my chest. Even now, I still feel it. It's incredibly annoying and I don't know what to do. Is is the masturbation? Staying up too late?
Is there anyway to fix it? Does it go away with time? This constant pounding from my chest is so annoying.

Well, we don't know when you wrote this, and if it's still going on.  Orgasm does get the ticker pumping.  It's not the masturbation per se that caused it, it's not staying up late, different people do have different body clocks, it's probably you just got stimulated and got the heart going.  I'm hoping it is now back to normal.

It's not back to normal as of now. I can still feel it beating against my chest.
If it continues, it is not likely to be due to the masturbation or staying up late.  You could have a heart arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation, or it could be nothing concerning at all.  If it continues, you should see a doctor.
