Help! I am a fourteen y.o. male who doesn’t know what to do!

This weird skin color bump has appeared in my genital area along with smaller skin colored bumps. I have never done anything sexual except for masturbate so I don’t really know how I got these. It shouldn’t be syphilis by the way since like I said I’m not sexually active but I don’t know.

No, not syphilis. Take that off your list of worries.

What size are the bumps? Are they hard or soft? Itchy? Do you ever get cold sores in your mouth?

No cold sores in my mouth and there are not itchy but I will have to get back to you on the size part
If you haven't had any sexual contact at all with anyone who could have given you genital warts or HPV (even just by hands with saliva), then you can rule out things that are sexually transmitted. That would leave pimples and other skin bumps. Do you get acne on your face or back?
On my face
I've read it's possible to get acne or other benign conditions in the genital region, too. You might google 'flesh colored bumps on genitals' and see if anything looks familiar.
