Help me diagnose what this could be//all answers welcome

I had unprotect sex with a female. Two weeks after, I had testicular pain and got bumps around the base foreskin of my of my penis. The pain stopped after I had discharge (white, could be gray color) I was thinking the worsts (I got hiv) shortly after I got tested for everything (2 months and two weeks after possible exposure) everything came back negative but I still have bumps on the base forskin of my penis. My doctor think they are pearly penis but I didn’t have the bumps until 2 weeks after unprotect sex. I got an appointment Comin up and I would like to run things pass him. Any guesses?
