It sounds like a type of anxiety over orgasming with your girlfriend (either conscious or subconscious). I agree with the other writer that cutting back or stopping masterbation all together would probably help both in building your libido and reducing your need for a specific type of stimulation that your hand and porn are giving you but she cannot.

Try pacing yourself jerk it less often, instead of every day try every other day or give yourself a day or two in between.
