I have a prominent vein in penis shaft and mild swelling - is it unusual ?

I had a small pimple on the right side of my penis shaft about 6 weeks ago. It went away and it got totally cured. I had masturbated a few days after that and I noticed some swelling for which I rushed to an urgent care. They said it was nothing and that swelling went away in a few hours. And since then I had noticed a prominent vein that runs from the front middle part of the shaft to the middle right side. There is totally no pain and doesn't affect me so far in any way. I had read elsewhere online that it should go away on its own but that has not happened yet. And also that it would be preferable to abstain from any activity which I had been doing so far.

I also visited a urologist to check on this and he said this is normal & there is nothing to worry. As long as my normal functions are not impacted, he said its ok. But my erections are slightly abnormal and bigger (as if there is mild swelling) with veins being more prominent. I am still concerned if this is fine ? Should I seek any further treatment for this or leave it as it is ?

How are things now?

The slightly bigger size during erection is still there. The veins seem to look slightly better now when flaccid. However, they are still prominent and visible.
