Color change in the penis fernulum area

My penis fernulum color has change to white from pink. Also I have a little bump on the fernulum joint where head and penis attached. The bump is little painful when pull the skin back. No pain when oil or soap applied.

This is a change?  Could always get it looked at by your doc. Sometimes things are just normal or maybe you are a little irritated for a variety of reasons. The bump has been there how long?  Just gonna ask, do you think it is a wart?  Are you having sex where you could have gotten HPV?  Here's a bunch of things that would be bumps on the penis head to look through and see if any sound like you. https://www.healthline.com/health/bumps-on-head-of-penis#causes.  But did you know this could really just be a pimple?  It happens.
