I have and irritated penis, with visible red blood vessels under the fore skin

I’m a 30 year old male. I have been circumcised, I have had an irritated penis for about a month now. I’ve noticed that When I pull back the skin you can see red blood vessels, and it’s worse when errected, and the tip hurts when touched. There are little bumps on the right side of the head. The glans on the head are a little thick than normal. I have masterbated a lot in the past with no lubricant. I need help. Is this cancer? I just buried an uncle to cancer, and I’m a little scared

No, cancer does not come to mind. You say circumcised but did you mean UNcircumcized? There is something called balanitis that this sounds like it could be. That would be my guess.  Have you got a doctor you can see?  This could probably be cleared up with antibiotics and be sure to clean the area welly once it is cleaned up on a regular basis.

No I am circumcised.
Yes I have a doctor I can go see. I’m going to call in the morning, and see if they can get me in.
