I have been masturbating for 20 years now.

Hi, I am from India and I have been masturbating for last 20 years. I am 35 years old now.... The issue is that when I am erect now, I ejaculate in less than 1 minute of trying to masturbate. Is this okay? I am worried what will happen when I get married soon. with a naked girl, I fear I will ejaculate in seconds.

Can you recommend me any good medicine for which I dont need to meet a doctor to improve my ejaculation time to maybe 2 hours? Are these medicines safe? Can I try to use them before my marriaged?

My thought is you have conditioned yourself to ejaculate quickly.  Masturbating has one goal and if you have focused on reaching that goal as quickly as possible your body has become conditioned to get there as fast as possible.  Reduce the jerking off and when you do it go slow and work toward the finish then stop and relax your muscles as to help prevent ejaculating.  Do this several times before you allow yourself to finish.  I would not wank it more than once a week.  If you find a pill that keeps you from ejaculating for 2 hours you will hurt yourself and your partner.

I’d suggest you stop masturbating. At least cut it back significantly in frequency.
