I have dry(white skin) in foreskin and its bit red.
So its bit dry and whitish skin but it goes away when i put lotion. I did have friction burn in last year august(from happy ending handjob with latex gloves). Any help to it?
Lotion has a tendency to make skin look a little different when you use it. But you have no physical discomfort at all? Do you have a physical coming up or anything in which you can show your doctor?

It doesnt hurt at all. Its just dry. I use soap to wash it everyday and i heard soap can damage?
Soap can be drying, for sure. Try not using soap or use something without fragrance that is mild at most and see if it helps.
