What do they look like, and where are they on your penis?

Painless, itchless bumps can be fordyce spots, which are oil glands and completely normal. You need those. They can also be genital warts. They can be pearly penile papules, which are around the head of your penis. These are also normal.

So where are they on your penis - your shaft, the head, somewhere else? What do they look like? Are they on the skin or under the skin? Are you sexually active, or have you ever been?
