I put 100% Tea Tree Oil on my Penis through a Cotton Ball

7 weeks ago I put Tea Tree Oil on a Cotton Ball and then dabbed it a couple times on my penis to treat a small raised bump.  It turned red and then I washed it off.  My skin down there got a dark patch and it must have dripped down below where itnwas applied.  I can also see some veins that I couldnt see before.  I also have a loose skin bump just under the head.  I have been worying about this nonstop.  Is there anything that is safe that can help my penis skin heal?  Or is this permanent and something I just have to live with?  If anyone has done something similar, please do share how you dealt with it.

Its been awhile since I have posted.  But almost no progress has been made since I stupidly used the Tea Tree Oil on my Penis for a bump that I have.  I read that it was good for you and yet on the container itself, it did not give out any warnings about how it could burn you if not diluted.  It also doesnt tell you how to dilute it.  It is an absolute shame that this stuff is sold over the counter at drug stores.  Doctors sometimes even promote this stuff.  If you are even thinking about using Tea Tree Oil for any reason, just dont, stay far away from it!!!  Hopefully you will read this before you make the bad mistake that I did.  You have been warned!!!

Thank you for responding.  Yeah its been over 2 months and not much has improved so it may take a while if it does heal and return to normal.  I do have a bad feeling that it will be permanent.  I will not put anything on my penis and just leave it alone.  I have read that it could be at least 6 months to a year, but who knows.  I do not experience any kind of pain and I do not have any STD's.  I guess if girls do not complain about it then it will not be as bad, but healing and returning to normal would be great.  I have also been wearing loose fitting clothing and taking vitamins orally (Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Tumeric Circumin) to possibly speed up the healing process.  I will just let time do its job and post any updates I may have.  Is there anything that I should avoid doing to prevent any further damage or just let time do its job?

Yes, Tea Tree Oil is strong stuff and should not be put on the skin full strength, as you now know.  What you have on your penis is like a chemical burn.  It may fade in time, but it is best to let it heal on its own, since you don't want to compound the problem by putting some other harsh substance on your sensitive penis skin.

Well I did have a female doctor look at it and she told me that it was pigmemtation.  She did not know if it would heal but she did tell me that girls would not freak out about it.  I personally would like the tea tree oil spot fade but I dont know if it will.  Even though I did make the bad mistake of dabbing Tea Tree oil on my penis, they should put a warning on the container not to use it on face or genitals and not to use it at 100%.  My questions after all of this is will it eventually heal or is this permanent?  If someone could answer that would be great.  Thanks in advance for your help.
