Large inflamed pimple on penis - please help!!!

I’m a 16 year old boy and I have recently (within the last 2 or 3 days) developed a large pimple on my penis due, at least in part, to what I believe has been excess masturbation.

I’ve had incidents like this occur in the past and the pimples have all gone away within a few days without incident, but this time I’m more worried.

This pimple has white pus along with black/grayish spots and is red to the point of nearly being purple, along with being very glossy and oily-looking. It isn’t itchy at all (thank god) but is very hard and tender to touch. It is extremely inflamed and I worry that it will end of popping on it’s own somehow due to agitation or that it will not go away without medical treatment, again, contrary to my last few experiences with this.

If anyone can help I will be eternally grateful. I’m real worried. Any response is appreciated. Thank you!

This sounds more like you may have a cyst.

This could simply be a pimple, cyst or ingrown hair.  However, some people do get herpes from oral sex. It's rare.  From oral herpes simplex 1 to passing to genitals doesn't happen very much. Did the girl have any sores on her mouth?  You can have a doctor swab it to be sure but really, it's probably just a pimple, cyst or ingrown hair. Try not to mess with it so it doesn't get infected.

I should’ve mentioned that I am a virgin and have only experienced oral sex - not within a few weeks.
