I was to take hormone therapy as a kid but never did now I 17 will it help now.

So,I was supposed to take hormone treatments when I was ten but I never did, and now I 17 and my penis is really small like under two inches and it's girth is less than my thumb, if I start taking the treatments now will it help any.

I can't tell you about that because i don't know about your medical history but i can tell you one you should visit a doctor as early as possible before it's too late.

We can't tell you if it will or not because we don't know the cause of the issue, or your full medical history, etc. It might, but you should talk to your doctor. You should definitely find out, because if you have a deficiency in certain hormones, it can cause other problems down the road.
