My feet sides and heel turned numb and cold what can the cause be?

Hello, as in the title the external sides of both my feet and heels got numb and cold, I feel no pain and no tingling sensation, only completely numb I barely can feel my hands touching the external sides under the ankles. The heel and back of feet are also colder than the front area and toes. I noticed it about 10 days ago, while on a very busy time at work I have been sitting at my desk including some weekends for about 2 months and a week ago I started feeling like a short shock sensation when compressing the back of my ankle, could this all be due to nerve compression? How can I fix it? Thank you.

It could be nerve compression, peripheral neuropathy, or a host of other things.

You really need to see your doctor to get this evaluated and diagnosed for proper treatment since it could be one of many causes.
