My penis hurts, is this a yeast infection or fungal infection?

Sometimes I masturbate dry and it tears my penis, I had a rough patch on the shaft where I was circumcised about a centimeter behind my glands on the bottom/right side of my penis that would get irritated when I masturbate, looked like a scab that I should have let heal instead of jacking off. In the past few weeks my penis has gotten worse. The spot turned more red, it would excrete a shiny liquid like scab juice and more recently the redness has spread down the shaft and even onto the head. I've used clotrimazole cream which seemed to have worked a bit but would irritate it when applied. I work a 9 hour job that requires a lot of walking and exercise and I know the sweating and dampness isn't good for it, the head rubs against my underwear and I think dryness might play a part. It doesnt burn to pee but my penis does burn when tampered with including showering. A couple of pores have gotten infected (they're red). Any idea what it could be? I'd post a pic if I knew how to

It is impossible to tell what the problem may be.  Definitely from irritation.  Stop messing with it, don't masturbate, don't use any creams or lotions on it and keep it cool and dry as much as possible.  If that doesn't help, you will HAVE to go to a doctor.  You can either be embarrassed in front of your parents, or you can risk permanent damage if there's a bigger problem that goes untreated.
