New hair growth in 63 year old male

Experiencing new long (3"+) hair growth on back of upper arms, side of thighs, more on right than left.  Also on chest around nipple areas and abdomen.  I am a 63 year old male with a pacemaker, type 2 diabetes.  Also coarse hair on outer rims of ears.  Why is this body hair happening?  It is making me crazy and I feel the need to trim it all the time.

... would you happen to be on any high blood pressure medication(s)?
... by the way, your profile describes you as a 53 year old female.
