Numb Penis Combined with Yellow Semen, exceptional tiredness, and ED

I am in my early 20s and eat a very healthy diet. I have not had unprotected sex in a year, only protected. Beginning about 3 weeks ago I started having mild ED. At this point I stopped having sex and masturbating. As the weeks continued things got worse and the ED did not improve. I realized a week ago that I was accidentally taking DHEA in a new protein powder I was taking and I immediately stopped. However, I have noticed an incredible hunger and can barely stay awake for longer than 8 hours. Today I ejaculated for the first time in weeks and the semen was yellow. My erections seem stronger but requires a lot of manual stimulation that it never has and I can barely feel a thing. This is combined with a day last week that I vomited uncontrollable for 4 -5 hours and couldn't hold down water. Whenever I wake up, I am parched, even if I was only asleep for a half hour. I also have noticed my muscle strength is down and my resting heart rate has increased from the high 50s to the mid 80s. I am freezing when I go to sleep or just around the house but wake up drenched in sweat which is very unusual for me. I do have a family history of prostate cancer but nobody in my family has gotten it until their 60s. I also do NOT have the signs of it like blood in my urine.

I am very very concerned about this and absolutely do NOT want to lose my ability to produce children. I try to set up an appointment with a GP at my only local hospital but they are useless. I can't make it until Monday morning and they have a line. I do not know what to do and I fell terrible and exhausted all the time. I can't do my school work and I am stressing out as I have never experienced such a deficiency in my sexual performance before. I almost want to just go to the emergency room. Can anybody please help?? At first I thought I just had to let my body flush out the hormones I accidentally ingested but nothing I can find indicates  that the DHEA would cause any of this. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Okay, today is Monday. Did you see your doctor? What's happening now? If you are still experiencing this, and can't get into your doctor, for sure go to the ER. You are probably dehydrated.

Let us know what's happening, and I hope you feel better soon!
