Numb penis, pain sitting

Hi everybody, I've been dealing with numb penis scrotum and anus , the problem appeared suddenly one day when I didn't feel the orgasm.  Now the penis feels like a foreign object from my body. Sone days I can feel something, like 10 / 20% of original sensation.

I've tried everything. Doc said it's the HPA axis. Another one said it could be gut related. Another doctor again thinks it's nerve related.

All blood tests are perfect.

Any idea would be appreciated.

Thanks  !

What kind of testing and exams have you had done? Have you had any imaging done? An ultrasound of your groin area or an MRI of your groin and/or back and hips?

How long has this been happening? Have you tried any treatments with success or failure?

First things that come to mind are prostate inflammation or a pinched nerve or disc issue in your spine, maybe even something going on with your hips, but I'm wondering what kind of testing you've had.

Thanks for answering, yes I've done MRI and the only thing found was a slightly herniated disc.

Exams done  :
-Nerve potential evoke
-blood tests ( testosterone, thyroid,glucose etc... )
-eco doppler

Everything in the norm.
I started 10 years ago out of nowhere and I got used to it.

However I also want to get back to normal.
