Odd semen like substance in my urine?

Hello everyone, I have had this happen a few times in the last few months and its happened in the past and it is starting to concern me. A clear or barely whitish substance is in the toilet after I urinate. I took a cotton swab to see what it felt like and it is sticky and appears to be semen. I have been to a urologist within the last six months and when he took a sample from my prostate to test he said no infection was present. Does anyone know what this could be?
