PLEASE HELP ME URGENT, END OF PENIS IS GREY & LOSS OF SENSATION!

Okay So - Basically I tried anal with my GF without a Condom.. and the Direct Morning after my penis was red and sore.. and the skin below my penis head was a light pinkish colour. Now the underneath of the penis head is slightly swollen and has become blue a dark blue Grey - The very tip of my penis (the hole where the urine comes out) Is swollen too and looks like red lips.. I am starting to lose a little sensation in my penis and have suffered from this from too long (4/5 Months) I have seen doctors about this and didn't make much progress, Can you give me a diagnosis please?!

So did we wash after having anal sex or just go to bed thinking that was good, well it proberly was, most real men just love a bit of anal, but and hers the but, you need to wash straight after it, its a health thing, even after sex, wash, why you never know you g/f may just like to give you head and would you like to suck your p***s after sex, think about it, so now just get to your doctor or hospital.
