Pain at tip of the penis and one testicle

It started about 10 days ago with pain at tip of the penis, the pain was steady. The pain reduced about 50% after the first couple of days. There were no other symptoms, no discharge, no painful urination and no frequent urination. Then after a few days the pain seem to be almost gone, now the pain is back and about at the same 50% level as before and also my right testicle also has a steady dull pain.

You should see your doctor. If you don't have insurance or are concerned about cost, call your local health department and ask about free or low cost clinics. Do this promptly.
