Part of foreskin ripped off completely near frenulum, hasn't healed in months.

A while ago like 6-7 months I was masturbating too hard I guess then I feel a slight pain and the foreskin near my frenulum on the left side had foreskin rip off. Now I had a patch of foreskin skin on the left of my frenulum gone and on the right it's fine. It look's weird but I haven't had any issues and have had sexual things happen since. I was wondering if I need to take an extended break from sexual activity or take a medicine to heal it once and for all. Any I can buy?
