Patches of dry skin or rash on for skin

I have whiteish reddish  patches on my foreskin that looks like rashes  where the skin is dry and sometimes itchy that have been there for a week ,I havnt had sex in a while and they only just appeared recently is it a allergenic reaction to something ?

It could be psoriasis. You might google that for a photograph and see if it looks like that. There is also something called lichen sclerosis, you could also check that out in case it fits the description better.

I think lichen sclerosis is more common on the genitals and psoriasis on the forearm (not the foreskin) but don't know for sure.  You could see a dermatologist for a better idea.
Thanks for the advice , I'll check on the internet first
