Penile Fungus or something similar

I see some red rashy area over the head of my penis.
Note:
I don’t know about male yeast infection and also not so pro on the related terms. and maybe some time my vocablulary be incorrect. so pardon me on these.

There were some fungal issues in my skin, different areas which with usage of some creams like Betamethasone or Triamcinolone they usually disappear and maybe after a time again they appear or happen in other locations, maybe cause of the water, showering a lot or …
After a time I found an itchy area bellow the scrotum,  when I use a cream the issue seems to be fixed for maybe weeks, in some weeks ago another similar area appeared below the head and also on top of the head. Earlier long time ago my skin doctor told me I can use Triamcinolone on a similar but not so serious issue, so I decided to use the same again.
As for the current issue I can address it from two different sides, one is about fungus and second is about stretching the head cause of masturbation while it had such a fungal problem and caused  the last result, red, rashy, swell area, it looks dry. It is not always red, it does not have pain all the time.
I cannot go to doctor for about a week or two, so your advices can help me.
Any other info can be provided.
I also have taken some images and uploaded one if that helps.

also as another note: I didn't have any intercourse at the time and not in a near period of time.
Thanks in advance

Maybe the cream you were using was not strong enough to help you against that yeast infection originally, and that's the reason why it comes and goes. But I agree with your statement: masturbating while having lesions produced by fungi was causing you bigger cuts on the head of your penis (which is not as thick and resistant as normal skin).

I would go to the pharmacy and ask for a temporary treatment while you are unable to go to the doctor, but after that time, I wouldn't postpone it any more.

All the best.

Thanks, I really appreciate that you trying to help. So do you think Triamc... can be used in such a scenario? Which do you think to be a better option? Triamc.. or Clotrimazole ? My other question is, should I first try to cure the fungus, or try to help the damaged skin?
Regarding the treatment, that's something you'll have to discuss with your doctor. Now that you have open wounds, it's important to keep them clean. so your hygienic conditions are now more important than usual. Use non-acidic ph shower gels, as acidic products will attract fungi. If your underwear or clothes get wet, change them straight away, as humid conditions are also a magnet for fungi.

All the best.
Yes, sure,
thanks for the suggestions

all the best.
