Penile Trauma - next steps?

I suffered a blunt-force penile trauma during sex. I read up on penile fracture injuries and aside from pain I don't have any of the symptoms described: no popping noise, no sudden loss of erection, no bruising or discoloration. The pain I'm experiencing is a 2.5-3 on a scale of 1-10. There is nothing that visually appears out of the ordinary and I can still get an erection. The injury happened approximately 24 hours prior to writing this post. Should I see a doctor? What treatment can be recommended?
Thanks
