Penile discharge and itching
Doctors in the house please help.. I've been experiencing discharge on my penis and itching for close to a month now. This started 3 weeks after I had an unprotected sex. First I thought it was chlamydia and I started taking antibiotics for it. It stopped only to come back few days after I finished taking the antibiotics.. I then decided to go for checkup last week and the doctor said Staphylococcus SPP was found in my urine sample moderately after 24hrs incubation. I was then placed on injection. I've taken the injection twice but there seems to be no improvement.
Now it makes me feel their diagnosis was wrong, because from what I read online, staph has so many symptoms but I only experience discharge and itching..

You can have staph and not have all the symptoms. Symptoms lists online only mean you might have some or all of them.
When you did the urine test, id they actually test you for gonorrhea and chlamydia?
When you took the antibiotics when you thought you had chlamydia, what did you take? How long did you take it?

Thanks for your response, I did the urine test a week ago, they told me they only detected staph spp.. Today is the 4th day I've taken the injection, but there's no difference..
I took a card of doxycycline when I thought I had chlamydia, I took 1 tab each morning and evening for 5 days. During those 5 days, all the symptoms disappeared but came back few days after I finished the card.. I had to buy two more cards and took for 10days but it still continued few days after I finished them

So doxy for 10 days would cure chlamydia, so you can assume it's not that. It wouldn't cure gonorrhea. Can you find out if they tested you for that? That's a specific test they have to run on your urine.
Do you know what the injection you're getting is? Is the discharge clear, green, yellow or some other color? Had you had unprotected sex - oral, vaginal or anal - prior to getting the symptoms?

I had unprotected vaginal sex prior to the symptoms..
The doctor said the test could've detected gonorrhea if it was present..
The injection I was given are Ocefix ceftriaxone 1g, and procaine penicillin injxs..
Then I was given chlarithromycin and amoxicillin tablets two days after I started the injection when I complained that there was no improvement

Okay, so wow you've been on a lot of antibiotics.
Doxy for 15 days total
ceftriaxone 1g
penicillin injxs
clarithromycin
amoxicillin
So the ceftiaxone would have more than cured gonorrhea - a 250 mg dose would have done that.
You didn't say what color your discharge is.
What you can do is wait a few weeks - let all the antibiotics clear your system, and then get the discharge tested. If you do it sooner than that, you might get a false negative because of the antibiotics. You need to stop throwing antibiotics at it without knowing exactly what it is.
Have you had a prostate exam, either with fingers or imaging, like an ultrasound? Any other symptoms than discharge and itch- pain with urinating, weird urination like the stream is split, lower abdominal/pelvic pain? Where is the itch?

The discharge is usually clear, but I've noticed a yellowish color on few occasions..

I also notice a slight burning sensation when urinating.. Doesn't split.
No abdominal/pelvic pains
No other symptoms, except that I'm losing weight probably because of the drugs

Clear discharge is normal, usually, but getting it tested will prove or disprove that. Itching in your anus can be hemorrhoids, issues with your prostate, an anal fissure, etc.
Make sure you are hydrated. That's probably the biggest reason for burning with urination. Drink water, not caffeinated, carbonated drinks, or sports/energy drinks, juices or alcohol.
How much weight have you lost? Antibiotics won't make you lose weight.

My friends just keep asking if I'm sick, because I'm losing weight..
I noticed this morning that there's no more discharge.. Even the itching has gone also.. I just hope it doesn't come back once I finish the medication..
Please I want to know. How long will it take for the infection to be completely cleared from my system so I don't get to infect my girlfriend?

It should clear when you are done with the medication. Finish the antibiotic, and you should be fine.
If you are losing that much weight, have you been tested for thyroid problems or diabetes? Antibiotics won't cause weight loss.

OK thank you. I think the weight loss could be due to stress, but I'll take care of it. I just want to get rid of the infection
